Safetic UK entered into administration on the 1st February 2012; The administration of Safetic UK does not affect your agreement and payments continue to be due to Parfip UK.

Butler Safe Technologies UK Ltd henceforth has an agreement with Parfip UK to provide support and service for customers of Safetic UK (also trading as Easydentic/ Innovatys).

Providing your account is up to date, Parfip UK have arranged for Butler Safe Technologies to provide maintenance and service for the products provided under the terms of your agreement.

Should your account not be up to date and you require service please contact Parfip to discuss on 00800 30507090.

If your account is up to date please call Technical Support on 0844 995 9694. This number is available 24/7/ 365.
Please note that this agreement covers manufacturer’s faults and reasonable wear and tear for products documented in your agreement; there may be a charge for negligence, vandalism or replacement of lost items which will be assessed on a case by case basis.
